Conditions

Minimum 3 nights stay.

Price for 1 person: 50 EUR per night, 250 per week
Price for 2 persons: 70 EUR per night, 350 per week
* longterm stays upon request

We can provide an extra matress for kids. (10 EUR / night)

We charge 15 EUR cleaning fee per booking.

Payments must be made until 2 weeks before arrival.
Pls transfer the money according to the invoice number received with the reservation confirmation,
which you will receive from us via email.

Cancellation:
14 days before: 100% refund
7 days before: 50%
until one day before the booking: 20% refund
