General terms and conditions

Accomodation contract

The contract is binding, as soon as the apartment is requested and confirmed via email. For short term bookings also requests via phone are binding, a confirmation via mail will be received nevertheless. The payment must be done until 2 weeks before the booking, otherwise we will have to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation / Stornierung

Only written cancellations are accepted. For cancellations pls check the below:

Cancellation:
14 days before 100% refund
7 days before 50%
until one day before the booking 20% refund

In case of an earlier checkout, no refunds can be made.
In case of damage, the guest is responsible to cover all costs.

We don’t take responsibility for loss of values.
